In your role in marketing and sales, what do you think about Vellox?

When I started at Mårdskog, I experienced that they didn't analyze and communicate reports and figures. I was very positively surprised when I discovered that Vellox existed. It was a goldmine to start tapping into, and it was just a matter of setting up the reports.

Can you give examples of how Vellox helps you and Mårdskog in everyday life?

I look at how sales are going and follow our budgets in Vellox. We also track volumes, turnover, contribution margins on geographical areas, salespeople, customers and items. It's also important for us to keep an eye on whether any colleague in the industry has been more aggressive in a geographical area.

What development areas do you see that Vellox can help with in some way?

We've talked about creating a "management report" that describes more of the entire organization's KPIs. It will of course focus a lot on sales, but everything from customers' payment capacity to turnover per employee and delivery precision can be interesting to see. "Vellox Score" etc. already exists in Vellox.

What's the best thing about Vellox?

First, I want to say that the help I've received from Vellox has been very competent and with high service. I also like that Vellox is user-friendly at all levels, it's easy to use for everyone in our organization, and easy to edit and add reports.
