Questions & Answers

How do you use Vellox in your operations?

In my case, as Operations Manager, I mainly look at key metrics and financial reports on a monthly basis – preferably linked to projects or specific initiatives. By having ready-made dashboards and filters, we save a lot of time. At the same time, our departments have more daily follow-up, which enables them to act faster and make decisions closer to the operations.

You have many users in Vellox. How has that affected the organization?

Very positively. Previously, few people had access to the insights, which was resource-intensive and created bottlenecks. Now we've instead created reports that our users can work with themselves. It's also about culture. We have a goal to strengthen leadership across the board – not just in management, but among all responsible parties in the organization. Vellox has been a key in giving them the right tools to act.

What's the best thing about Vellox according to you?

It's the insights – absolutely. Getting so much valuable information with so little effort. It creates conditions to make good decisions quickly.

Finally – what do you want to share with other companies?

Working data-driven is not just about collecting data – but also making sure the right people get access to the right insights. Vellox has really helped us there. It has given us a common language for follow-up and decision-making, whether it concerns production, purchasing or finance.
