Has Vellox changed your way of working with business analysis and decision-making?
Yes, absolutely! Previously, I often had to pull data from different parts of the business system and compile everything in Excel to get the charts and tables I needed. It took time. Now we can quickly visualize our data in a way that previously took hours to achieve.
How does Vellox help you get better insight into your data?
By being able to visualize the data, we get a completely different overview, which makes it much easier to make the right decision than being directly in the business system.
Which key metrics are most important for you to follow? Who uses Vellox?
We are a trading company and logistics partner, so we have relatively high inventory values to be able to deliver with high service levels. Therefore, it's especially important to keep track of trends. The purchasing department, for example, follows KPIs such as average inventory value, throughput time and inventory turnover rate. The sales department instead looks at, for example, turnover per customer and item.
How do you use Vellox in practice? Has it saved time?
Yes, especially in customer dialogue. The sales department has several tabs that they use in customer meetings – there they can easily show the customer's purchase history, delivery patterns, items, quotes and much more.
All important KPIs are displayed directly as soon as you select the customer – clean, clear and professional.
What's the next step for Techno Skruv in data-driven work?
We have recently installed a new climate module in the business system. During 2025, Vellox will help both us and our customers measure and visualize our climate footprint (CO₂e).
